Tapas Mediterranean Food & Wine Bar

Our restaurant kitchen is managed and run by Internationally experienced Chef Cobus Pretorius, who was trained at the prestigious Wariks Chef School in Hermanus. He was head-hunted following completion of his course and spent some years working at a top hotel group in the UK, following which he ran the kitchen of a popular seaside restaurant in Camps Bay, Cape Town. Cobus is known for his attention to detail and subtle flavours in his cooking. We take pride in every dish which leaves our kitchen only using fresh ingredients and cooking each meal to order. Our menu is a fusion of local and international taste sensations and includes authentic tapas dishes, pastas, steaks, fresh seafood, salads, and burgers.
